Customer service is also top notch as the staff is always smiling and ready to please.
Bitesnshakes is open from 12pm and remains open till 12am, this is ideal for late night relaxation and they also make deliveries if you want to enjoy their delicacies in the comfort of your home.
The prices are also reasonable. I really like the sharwama, it's not soggy and it tastes awesome.
Customer service while it's laudable can be improved to give off a high class vibe and experience. I will implore the management to ensure there's better provision against the elements.
In all, I had a great time and I recommend Bitesnshakes as a cool spot for Friday night relaxation or any other day of the week .
