Service Review: The Young Shall Grow Motors Limited
The Young Shall Grow Motors Limited is a transportation company that's based in Lagos,Nigeria. The company deals in transportation of goods and people from one location to another across Nigeria and West Africa. The firm has a wide range of vehicles ranging from what is popularly known as the Hummer buses, to the Luxurious bus, and the Hummer Luxurious amongst others. Regardless of these, I find the Young Shall Grow Motors Limited pathetic. I have patronized the company and every single time there's always an issue. If it's not old vehicles that can't handle the distance, it will be semi functional vehicles that have to be pushed and tinkered with to move. In fact there was a time I patronized the firm that I had to alight and continue my journey with another transport company as the vehicle I was in was really bad and moved slowly. Worst of all the staff treated us like we boarded the vehicle for free. In addition, customer service delivery is poor and nothing to write home about. Tickets are usually oversold for vehicles, leaving commuters stranded and in awkward situations, or making them stand throughout the journey as a result of no seats. I find that extremely unprofessional. There's more to running a transport company than just moving commuters from point A to B, the manner and conditions with which they are moved are also important. The brand has no online presence, I visited the website of the brand and I got a notification that the website is suspended due to non payment. I find the Young Shall Grow Motors Limited Awful and won't recommend the company to anyone who requires transportation services. Have you patronized The Young Shall Grow Motors Limited, kindly state your experience below.

Service Review: Sterling Bank Mobile App
I was introduced to Sterling Bank as a corp member and I used it throughout my Service year. After service I decided to continue running the account basically because the banking hall of their branches were less rowdy than other Banks. It eventually became my slush fund account where I stashed money for emergencies.
After so much wahala, I decided to get an ATM card and the mobile banking app three weeks ago. I am not impressed at all. It has been one issue after the other.
First I had to use my ATM card on another machine the second time in a month and I was debited. I was shocked, I let it slide. Second, I tried recharging via my mobile app, I was debited and I didn't receive value, I had to try again before I received value. The earlier transaction was not reversed till date. I also let it slide, after all it was just N100.
Last but truly not the least, I tried to transfer airtime to another number, I was debited thrice and the recipient didn't receive value. It was annoying. I had to call the recipient to apologise for the failure to receive value.
I rate Sterling Mobile Banking app as Awful. The brand really needs to work on providing  a highly functional app to ease banking stress of their customers. As  for me, once I resolve this issue, no more mobile banking. I no dey do again!!
