Brand Review: Mayfair Lounge

So over the weekend, I was invited by the delectable Chidi Banks to visit Mayfair Lounge. I had a nice time. I am grateful to the Karaoke King for the time I had with him. It was worthwhile. Mayfair Lounge is one of the upscale clubs​ in the beautiful city of Calabar. It is located at MCC Road in Calabar Municipality. Step into the lounge and you are tranported into another realm. The DJs are good and are top notch, however I preferred DJ Cherry, she is epic. Ambience is commendable, customer service is remarkable. I like the interior, reminds me of a GraecoRoman temple. At Mayfair Lounge, Wednesday is Ladies night. Thursdays are dedicated to corp members in the state, with a 25% discount on all drinks. Friday as usual is Turn Up night!! No holds bars turning up!! Saturdays are for Karoke, where members of the public exhibit their singing skills. On Sundays, they have what is called Happy Hour which is a day when beer is reduced to standard bar rates plus karoke. I didn't have adequate internet connection while i was inside and I found that disconcerting. Regardless of how attractive I find the interior, it feels cramped when it's filled up. In all I find Mayfair Lounge Satisfactory and I recommend it as a go to spot for anyone who seeks to unwind.

I spent a good part of my day with Andorra Signatories and watched her work. And believe me it was a beautiful time. She has her office at Marian Road opposite Glo Office in Calabar. In addition to her Make Up services, Andorra Signatures is also a one stop shop for Event planning, Make up sales,Wedding dress,For hair do,Decorations,Bridal wears,Beauty products,Cakes and a training school for make up. I also admire her use of Social media to promote her business. She is also highly technical in her style and dexterous. In addition, she is quite gregarious and sociable, she has a way of calming tense brides which I admire. I implore the brand to expand the options available to brides as regards wedding gowns. Brand Review: Truly Lovely Cakes

Located in Sacramento Estate off Marian Road in Calabar, Truly Lovely Cakes is a cafe that's surrounded with beautiful colonial styled buildings. The ambience is alluring, stepping into the cafe, you are transported to a different world. You can also hold meetings at the cafe. For those who have seen the series Friends, this place reminds me of Central Perk. I didn't like the meat pie so much, I found the crust too hard, meanwhile I found the cakes awesome, they are so fluffy. I had the banana cake and I loved it. The Red Velvet Cake is also nice. They also make sandwiches, salad, smoothies,milkshakes, pizza, coffee and tea. Customer service is commendable. I also respect the attentiveness of the manager. Personally I am a big fan of meat pies, hence I implore the management to work on the quality of their meat pie to make it taste better. In all Truly Lovely Cakes is a great place and I find it Satisfactory.
